My name is Yaiza, and although this website is full of art
I studied biology at university. I graduated and specialised in biodiversity and conservation, and although I am passionate about it and would do it again, life took me in a different direction!
When I finished my studies, I thought that there was an essential creative side to me I wanted to develop, and that's how I got a couple of pieces of pigskin that I filled with tattoos.
How Yaizart came about
One day my father told me he had a project in mind. He wanted me to give him a hand in designing some souvenirs, and it ended up becoming a product with its own name, Lanzarote local ART. (link to the landing page)
My father's vision and all his love for me led to the creation of the company Yaizart Lanzarote SLU, an opportunity to develop that artistic side that had always accompanied me.
What is Yaizart
I never saw art as a business opportunity. For me, creativity was part of my essence, and it still is. That's why in this section, I show everything that allows me to express myself and makes me happy. Many of the things you will see here are the first time I do them, others I have been studying for a long time. They are parts of me, and I want to share them with you.
